A first rate, first harvest, light to medium steamed green tea. Grown in Japan. The curled, comma leaf shape of Mushisei Tamaryokucha is also somewhat unique and when brewed it has a beautiful clear yellow-green color to it.
Seldom come across green tea with an ultra-rich umami taste on this level, the umami is so strong there is a noticeable lingering aftertaste. Harvested from the first round of young spring leaves.
